Official statement
“There is one Living Source within, beyond, and surrounding all existence. Every being reflects some aspect of that Source, while no person, institution, teacher, religion, object, or doctrine contains the whole.”
Relationship to beings
A being may reflect the Source through life, attention, courage, compassion, creativity, limits, repair, or mystery. Reflection does not make a person divine authority over another.
What this does not mean
- The Source is not owned by the doctrine.
- A spiritual feeling is not automatic proof.
- Suffering is not punishment from the Source.
- Medical symptoms are not automatically spiritual messages.
