What this skill changes
Self-leadership is not relentless productivity. It is the ability to make honest promises, organize the next steps, notice capacity, and return after disruption.
The four-part practice
- Choose one value that must guide the week.
- Translate it into one visible action.
- Set the minimum version for low-capacity days.
- Review without punishment and repair the plan when reality changes.
Field exercise
Run one seven-day experiment with a daily minimum, a normal version, and a recovery plan for missed days.
You do not prove this skill by filling boxes. Practice becomes real through behavior, reflection, repair, and repetition.
Evidence of growth
Growth becomes visible when plans survive imperfect days, priorities become fewer and clearer, and returning replaces all-or-nothing collapse.
Safety and scope
A spiritual skill path cannot diagnose executive-function difficulties or replace disability accommodations, medication, therapy, coaching, or workplace support.
