The Small Table Practice

A real, non-clinical gathering format for two to six people, available without pretending a public program exists.

Available nowNo false program
Available now as a self-organized practice

This is not an official event, therapy group, confidential service, or facilitated program. It is a simple conversation structure for people who already choose to meet.

The thirty-minute table

  1. Open with consent: anyone may pass, pause, leave, or speak in writing.
  2. Each person names one thing they are carrying and one kind of response they want: listening, ideas, practical help, or space.
  3. No one diagnoses, interprets trauma, claims revelation, or gives treatment advice.
  4. Close with one voluntary next action and no demand to report back.

Permanent boundaries

No forced disclosure, secrecy oath, leader role, collection of money, promise of confidentiality, pressure to reconcile, or replacement of professional care.
