No person, including Ulysess Ortiz, is above the doctrine’s ethical laws or the written safeguarding process.

Independent accountability before launch
Before recurring gatherings, paid membership, facilitator education, or a physical Living Center may operate, an independent channel must be able to receive concerns involving the founder. The current website form does not yet meet that independent standard.
